The Extravaganza
The longest running variety show of its kind in the Ohio Valley, the Linsly Extravaganza has become an annual tradition for generations of Linsly parents, students, and alumni, many of whom have children or grandchildren who will perform in their footsteps on the Capitol Theatre stage.
Every year, the Linsly Extravaganza promises to offer entertainment for the entire family as the curtains rise on the Capitol Theatre stage.
From elegant dance to the hilarious comedy team and Whistlers, this annual performance is always a night to remember.
One of the most unique features of the Extravaganza is that every member of the student body and faculty is involved to make this show a success. From Linsly’s youngest fifth graders, who will make their Extravaganza debut, to the seniors who will be taking their last bow on stage, the students and faculty work together to make this theatre arts performance a highlight of the school year.
The Extravaganza is truly a collaborative effort that involves every student and faculty member in the school to some degree. It is wonderful to be part of such a supportive team of teachers, administrators, and talented students.
