    • Surge protector for computer and all of your chargers. Also, be sure you pack any adapters needed for your items to work with a U.S. outlet. 
    • Clothes - West Virginia will experience all four seasons. We have heat in the summer, mild temperatures in the fall, snow in winter, and rain in the spring. This means everything from a bathing suit to a winter coat.
    • Desk organization items 
    • Laundry detergent and fabric softener 
    • Headphones 
    • Toiletries, towels, washcloths, shower caddy, and shower shoes 
    • Umbrella 
    • Prescription medication with doctors orders and parent authorization 
    • Snacks, water bottle, and non-perishable food items. 
    • All your school supplies and textbooks
    • Utensils and plates/bowls for food, reusable coffee mug and water bottle, etc. 
    • Alarm clock 
    • Fan for the warmer months

    • cooking appliances - You cannot have hot plates, crock pots, etc. Female dorms have stoves and ovens. All dorms have microwaves. 
    • television sets or DVD players - There are no cable hookups in the dorm rooms
    • pets of any kind! 
    • over the counter medication. Linsly has a stock supply that will be distributed from dorm parents or the school nurse. We also have a full stock of first aid supplies. See the Health Services Page
