A Community of Caring
The Linsly community came together last Friday in support of one of our own Linsly families.
The fundraiser was for the Beckett family, whose youngest son, Brody, was diagnosed with a rare neurological condition in January of 2024, which is currently affecting his vision, speech, and hearing.
Brody’s brother, Braden, is a member of our senior class. Students and faculty had a dress-down day to support the medical costs of Brody’s treatments. They wore blue, which is one of the colors that represents this rare disease.
The prefects are hosting another fundraiser, a lemonade stand, on Thursday during leadership. The Beckett family is extremely grateful for all of the support from the Linsly community.
