The Aviator Statue Gets a Fresh Look

The famous Linsly School icon, The Aviator Statue, is being restored to its original look, thanks to a generous grant and a talented team of craftsmen.
Daedalus Conservation of Watertown, MA is doing the work and the project was funded through a gift from the McKinley family, specifically Representative McKinley, who also contracted with Daedalus.

Josh Craine, who is the principal at Daedalus, is on site this week. You can check out his website at daedalusart.com.
