The Application Process

There are two ways to apply to Linsly:

1. Linsly's Admission Application goes through Veracross. Below are the instructions to apply: 
   • Current Linsly Parents/Faculty & Staff - Access the Online Application - Admissions Portal
   • Families who have inquired or those who need to continue completing their application - Admissions Portal
   • New Family who has yet to Inquiry - you must complete the Inquiry Form to receive access to the Admissions Portal - Linsly Inquiry Form

1. SSAT's Student Application Online

If you have additional questions on the application process or scholarships to The Linsly School or private school tuition, contact admissions at admit@linsly.org or 304.233.1436

We recommend students take the SSAT when possible. Our school code for the SSAT is 4655. 

In addition to the SSAT, we require English proficiency testing for non-native speakers. Linsly accepts the TOEFL, TOEFL Jr., Duolingo and IELTs. Should you have a question regarding language testing, please email us at admit@linsly.org.

Linsly offers the Otis Lennon-Scholastic Aptitude Test (OLSAT). The OLSAT can be taken in person and schedule any time. We use the OLSAT to determine acceptances and scholarships. Contact us at admit@linsly.org or 304.233.1436 to schedule.

• Admission Test - OLSAT or equivalent standardized test*
• Financial Aid Application - School Code 3920

*If a student has taken the PSAT, SAT, PLAN, SSAT or ACT, we will accept these test and not require the OLSAT. Should you have any questions, contact us at admit@linsly.org or 304.233.1436.

*An English proficiency test is required for any student whose first language is not English. The Linsly School accepts the following tests: TOEFL, Duolingo, IELTs or TOEFL Jr. (Our TOEFL Code is B376).
