The J.B. Chambers YMCA Swim Team sent 27 swimmers to the Great Lakes Zone Swimming Championships on March 19-21, 2010 at the Bowling Green University Natatorium. The swimmers qualified to participate throughout the season. The meet includes swimmers from KY, IN, MI, OH and WV. There were over 90 teams and 1200 swimmers at the swim meet.

Eric Pietz had one of the best swims of the meet  and qualified for YMCA National Championships in April in Fort Lauderdale Florida at the International Swimming Hall of Fame Complex.
